Cancellation Policy
1- Services are currently available only in the following areas: First Settlement, Fifth Settlement, Rehab City, El Shorouk, and Madinaty. 2- A female recipient must be present to welcome our therapist upon arrival. If no female is available to receive the therapist, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued. 3-Our driver will contact you approximately one hour before your scheduled appointment to confirm the estimated arrival time and request your exact location via WhatsApp. 4-If we are unable to reach you, the driver will proceed to the address provided during booking. If there is no response upon arrival and the therapist is unable to access the location within 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show, automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued. 5-Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 10 hours before the scheduled visit. Rescheduling requests made within 10 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking value.unless in the case of a no show, booking will be non refundable and can't be rescheduled. 6-All bookings are non-refundable once cancelled 7-You will be contacted to confirm your booking and complete the online payment. If payment is not received within 30 minutes of placing the booking, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
