Terms and conditions

By booking any service through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy
All orders must be fully prepaid in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until the full service amount, including transportation fees, has been successfully transferred.

2. Service Availability
Our services are exclusively available for ladies only. If a lady is not present at the location to receive the therapist upon arrival, the service will be automatically considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

3. Service Area
Services are currently available only within the following areas: New Cairo, Madinaty, El Shorouk, and El Rehab.

4. Timing & Delays
While we aim to arrive at the scheduled time, delays of 10–15 minutes may occur due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received. Until then, the appointment slot is not reserved.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate location details and availability at the scheduled time to avoid cancellations or disruptions.

7. Tools & Equipment
Our therapists provide all necessary tools and materials required for the service. However, if the customer prefers to use their own tools, this is also acceptable.

8. Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 10 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 10 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount. In the event of a missed appointment or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

9.For massage bookings, max weight that can use massage table is 105 Kgs, if you are outside this weight range your own (bed,couch, etc) will be used.
